Shipping policy

Please note that the expedited shipping policy starts counting from the time your package leaves our warehouse. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded.

After you place your order you will receive an email confirming your order. Please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile number to avoid any delays.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Customs duties and taxes are not included in the order total.
Please note that customs regulations and rates vary depending on the destination country.
All applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees are to be paid by the customer in accordance with the laws of the destination country.
We do not control or predict these charges.

Parcel Storage

Once the parcel arrives at the destination point or local delivery office, it will be stored free of charge for 7 calendar days.
After this period, storage fees may apply according to the carrier’s policy.
If the parcel is not collected within the specified period, it may be returned to the sender. The cost of re-delivery will be borne by the customer.

Customer Consent

By placing an order on the Shikiso website, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of international shipping and customs clearance procedures.
The customer also agrees to provide, if necessary, any documents or information required for customs processing in the destination country.

Duties and Taxes

Customs fees and taxes are paid in accordance with the laws of the destination country.
Shikiso is not responsible for possible customs delays caused by inspections, certification, documentation procedures, or the payment of customs duties and taxes.

Returns in Case of Unpaid Customs Fees

If the recipient refuses to accept the order or to pay customs duties and taxes, the parcel will be returned to Japan.

Refunds exclude shipping costs and any return fees.
Refunds for the product in such cases are not provided.

Reshipment
Upon buyer’s request, the item may be reshipped once it is returned, with additional shipping costs covered by the buyer. 

Lost or Destroyed by Customs
If the package is lost, confiscated, or destroyed by customs, the seller is not responsible and no refund will be issued.


Shipping to Russia

Delivery to Russia may take longer and cost more due to international logistics specifics and additional customs procedures.
To ensure stable delivery, we use partnered logistics routes involving several logistics companies.
Any additional delivery charges (such as CDEK courier service fees) are to be covered by the customer.

Important Notice

Shikiso skincare is a premium, limited-edition brand produced exclusively to order.
We accept pre-orders 3–7 months in advance.
Each product is crafted with consideration for the season in which it will be delivered.
For example, the Autumn Collection is expected to arrive around the end of October/November (delivery times may vary depending on your location).

Delivery Time and Cost

Delivery times are calculated individually and depend on the destination country.
The final shipping cost is determined based on the weight of the order and the delivery region.
The exact shipping fee is displayed on the checkout page before the order is confirmed.
Shipping costs may vary slightly due to currency fluctuations (USD) and current international carrier tariffs.

In case your order is delayed, please reach out to us at a info@shikiso.jp as soon as possible and we will go above and beyond to assist you with all the information you need.

If you believe your package is missing, lost or are unable to locate it after being marked as delivered, please contact the associated carrier (utilized for the delivery of your order) for assistance or to file a claim.

Shikiso Inc. is not be held responsible for missing, lost, stolen packages or damages done after the package is delivered.

Shikiso Inc. is not responsible for the safety of the packages after the delivery process has been completed by local carriers.

We are not responsible for lost packages if the customers have provided a wrong address.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.

If the wrong delivery address is provided, Shikiso Inc. can not offer reimbursement for this package.
