RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS
ABOUT CANCELLATIONS
As a general rule, we do not accept any requests for cancellation or changes after an order has been confirmed on this site.
However, if you selected payment by credit card or Google Pay, you may cancel your order within 30 minutes of confirmation via the "Order" section in your account (Log in on main page).
WHEN RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED
Returns or exchanges of products are only accepted if the product is defective or if a different product from what was ordered was delivered.
Returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted.
"Defective products" refer to items that have flaws or were damaged before being delivered to the customer.
Products not purchased from this website, used items, or products damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURES
If a defective product or incorrect item is delivered, please contact our customer service within one week of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return or exchange process.
Please note that depending on the reason for return or exchange provided to customer service, we may decline your request.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:
Requests made more than one week after product delivery.
Products that have been used or opened.
Products damaged by the customer.
Returns in Case of Unpaid Customs Fees
If the recipient refuses to accept the order or to pay customs duties and taxes, the parcel will be returned to Japan.
All expenses related to storage, return, and reshipment of the order are to be paid by the customer.
Refunds for the product in such cases are not provided.
Lost or Destroyed by Customs
If the package is lost, confiscated, or destroyed by customs, the seller is not responsible and no refund will be issued.
IMPORTANT
If the package is returned due to your absence at the delivery address or failure to receive it within the designated time frame, reshipping will be at the customer's expense. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, the purchase amount will not be refunded.
